‘The Times’ star Parinaz Izadyar has attended public screening of her latest movie ‘The Warden’.
The Iranian star attends Nima Javidi’s movie screening held on June 6 at Kourosh Cineplex in the Iranian capital of Tehran.
Izadyar’s first TV appearance was in ‘Moon in the Shadow’ aired by ifilm.
She, however, gained famed by acting in ‘Five Kilometers to Heaven’ TV series.
She has appeared in a number of movies, including ‘No Men Allowed’, ‘Here, without Me’, ‘Hotline’ and ‘360 Degree’.
Her acting in ‘Life and a Day’ won the Crystal Simorgh of the Best Actress in a Leading Role from the 34th edition of Fajr Film Festival.
The storyline for ‘The Warden’, which premiered on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr in Iran, is centered on an old prison in late-1960s southern Iran which is in the process of being evacuated due to its proximity to the city’s airport which is under development.
The head of the prison Major Nemat Jahed and his officers are in the midst of transferring the prisoners to the new facility.
Also among the cast are Navid Mohammadzadeh, Atila Pesyani, Setareh Pesyani, Habib Rezaee, and Mani Haqiqi.
